    Before You Arrive

    Clear expectations help every appointment run smoothly.

    Yes. Appointments are by booking only. Send a request through the booking form; Julz confirms your time and sends her PayPal or Zelle details for the $50 deposit, which secures your spot.
    Please arrive with your hair washed, fully detangled, and blown out unless you've booked a wash. Clean, stretched hair gives the neatest parts and keeps your appointment on time.
    You choose when you book: Julz can provide the hair, or you can bring your own. If you bring it, confirm the type and number of packs with Julz first. Your final price reflects which you choose.
    Timing depends on the style, length, and size selected. The service cards show estimated durations; your final time will be confirmed with your appointment.
    A $50 non-refundable deposit, paid by PayPal or Zelle, secures your appointment and is applied toward your service total. Reschedules are free with at least 48 hours' notice and your deposit carries over; changes within 48 hours and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Read the full policy →
